1. Start by thoroughly wetting your hair in the shower. Make sure it’s completely soaked
2. Take a small amount of shampoo and gently massage it into your scalp. Work it through your hair, creating a rich lather. Rinse it out.
3. Apply conditioner evenly from mid-length to the tips of your hair. Avoid the scalp. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse well.
